My homelab is an constant environment for learning how software behaves below the application layer. Currently using Proxmox VE, Ubuntu Server virtual machines, remote access, local networking and server storage across two SFF pc's.

• Dell OptiPlex 3060 Micro: i5-8500T, 32 GB RAM
• HP ProDesk 400 G4: i5-8500T, 32 GB RAM
• Implemented and planned: Docker, backups, NAS, game server hosting, media services, local applications, network ad blocking and smart-home connections
• Looking to add additional SFF pc's to experiment with Kubernetes across them

To recognise a doorbell along side a moving person (event) with machine learning, then using the homelab to trigger local notifications pushing external mobile notifications.

To expand on the bank statement project. Turn the row, column and OCR work into a more general document extraction application.

To continue moving personal tools onto the homelab so they can run on the local network to be accessed from other devices.
